This page describes how billing works on FlirtMuse. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden subscriptions unless clearly stated at checkout.

1. Credit-based pricing

FlirtMuse uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase credit packages displayed on our Top up / Pricing page. Credits are spent when you:

  • send chat messages (cost shown per persona — typically 1 credit per message);
  • create a custom companion (one-time cost shown before confirmation); or
  • use other features where a credit cost is displayed in advance.

Your current balance is always visible in the site header when signed in.

2. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in EUR before you confirm payment. The total amount, number of credits, and any featured-package labelling are displayed on the package selection and checkout screens. Per-message costs are shown on each persona card and in chat.

3. Payment methods

Payments are processed by our secure payment service provider. We accept major credit and debit cards where enabled for your region. Card details are entered on a secure payment flow and are not stored on FlirtMuse’s servers.

4. Receipts and records

Upon successful payment, credits are added to your account immediately. You may view purchase history in your account area. For billing enquiries or missing credits, contact help@flirtmuse.com with your account email and purchase date.

5. Signup bonus

New eligible subscribers may receive promotional bonus credits as displayed on the site at the time of registration. Bonus credits have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued with notice on the site.

6. No recurring charges (unless stated)

Standard credit purchases are one-time payments. We do not charge your card again unless you initiate a new purchase or explicitly subscribe to a recurring plan that is clearly labelled as such at checkout.
