This Refund Policy explains when credits purchased on FlirtMuse may be refunded. It forms part of our agreement with you alongside our Terms & Conditions and Billing & Payments page.

1. Digital credits — general rule

Credits are a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once credits are applied to your account, they are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or we approve an exception below.

2. When we will refund or adjust

We may issue a full or partial refund, or restore credits, at our discretion or where required by law, if:

  • a verified technical error prevented credits from being credited to your account;
  • you were charged twice for the same package;
  • the service was materially unavailable for a prolonged period immediately after your purchase;
  • an unauthorized charge is verified after investigation; or
  • another exceptional circumstance is confirmed by our support team.

3. What we do not refund

  • credits already consumed (messages sent, companions created, etc.);
  • change-of-mind after credits have been delivered to your account;
  • dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses (subjective quality is not grounds for refund);
  • account termination for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Unused credits

Unused credits remain on your account while it is active unless we state otherwise on the purchase screen. They do not expire during normal operation. Closure of your account does not automatically entitle you to a cash refund of unused credits unless required by law.

5. EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal

Where applicable, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By purchasing credits and using them (e.g. sending a message), you acknowledge that performance of the digital content begins immediately and you may lose your withdrawal right once consumption starts. Contact us before using purchased credits if you wish to exercise withdrawal rights where they apply.

6. How to request a refund

Email help@flirtmuse.com with:

  • your account email;
  • date and amount of purchase;
  • transaction reference (if available); and
  • a clear description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.
