These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlirtMuse at flirtmuse.com, operated by Pepperose LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Content Disclaimer.
1. Eligibility (18+ only)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access FlirtMuse. By entering the site and confirming the age gate you represent that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult-oriented content is lawful where you are located. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe you are underage or ineligible.
2. The service
FlirtMuse provides AI-powered conversational companions for entertainment purposes only. All personas are fictional AI characters aged 18 or older. Responses are generated automatically and do not represent real people, professional advice, or factual information. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or mental-health advice. See our AI Content Disclaimer.
3. Credits and payments
Certain features require prepaid credits purchased in EUR. Prices, credit amounts, and per-message costs are displayed clearly before you confirm any purchase. Credits are consumed as shown at the time of use. Unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy, purchased credits are non-transferable, non-refundable once delivered, and have no cash value. 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the service if you are under 18; (b) attempt to generate content depicting minors, non-consensual activity, or illegal conduct; (c) harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate others; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, or overload our systems; (e) resell, share, or transfer your account or credits; (f) use bots or automation to abuse the credit system; (g) use the service for unlawful purposes. 5. Account and access
Access is provided through passwordless authentication (e.g. magic link). You are responsible for securing the email address associated with your account and any active session. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, other users, or to comply with law.
6. Intellectual property
The site, branding, software, and underlying technology are owned by Pepperose LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for lawful entertainment. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform except as permitted by law. AI-generated output may be subject to third-party provider terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI output, compatibility with your expectations, or that content filters will catch all prohibited material.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepperose LTD and its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) EUR 50.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pepperose LTD from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pepperose LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in the jurisdiction of Pepperose LTD’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
