Acceptable Use
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of FlirtMuse. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. This AUP supplements our Terms & Conditions.
1. Age requirement
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Misrepresenting your age is a serious breach and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.
2. Prohibited content & conduct
You must not use FlirtMuse to request, generate, store, or share content that:
- involves minors, age-play depicting minors, or anyone under 18;
- depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual activity, real-world violence, or illegal acts;
- involves bestiality, incest, or other content prohibited by applicable law;
- harasses, threatens, stalks, or doxes any real person;
- impersonates real individuals without their consent;
- facilitates fraud, spam, malware, or money laundering.
4. Platform abuse
You must not:
- scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass rate limits or credit charges;
- use bots, scripts, or automation to send messages or farm credits;
- share account access or resell credits;
- probe or attack our infrastructure or third-party integrations;
- misuse support channels or submit false abuse reports.
5. AI content responsibility
All companions are fictional adults. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use generated content. We may log, review, or filter interactions using automated and manual tools to enforce this policy and comply with law. We may report illegal content to authorities where required.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. No refund is owed for terminations due to AUP breaches.
7. Reporting
Report abuse or concerns to help@flirtmuse.com. Include relevant details and your account email if applicable. We review reports in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes for every report.
